The pattern I couldn't break (until I did)

I became a certified yoga teacher, pouring my heart into each class.

But then it would happen: the whisper of doubt would grow into a roar.

"This is just a hobby."

"Who am I to charge that much?"

"I'm not ready yet."

And each time, I'd retreat to the safety of employment — not because I lacked knowledge or skill, but because I was fighting an invisible battle within myself.

The missing piece wasn't skill. It was self-belief

After becoming a certified health coach and once again finding myself paralyzed by fear, I had a revelation: The biggest thing standing in my way was ME.

No strategy or business plan could fix what was happening inside my mind.

I needed to shift my relationship with myself. To go deeper. To meet myself at the root of my blocks and rewrite the stories that were keeping me small.

That's why I became a certified Mindset Coach. And that's how I created the Make it REAL System — a holistic approach that blends mindset transformation, science-backed sales strategy, and well-being practices that sustain you.

The real work is inner work

What I didn't realize during all those fresh starts was that every time things got "serious," I would retreat. Not because

I didn't care enough or wasn't talented enough.

But because deep down, I believed I wasn't ready. I wasn't worthy. I wasn't enough.
